The symptoms of adenofibrosis can vary depending on the severity and location of the inflammation. In some cases, it may result in pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Other cases may be more severe and include abdominal cramping, weight loss, fatigue, and difficulty swallowing.
