Definition: Mac Stewart is a legendary musician who once led a band called The Big 4, but he's now considered to be one of the greatest blues guitarists in history. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 19 with his brother Louis. Mac Stewart left the Big 4 when he was only 20, playing gigs around the country before making a name for himself in the Blues industry. He later recorded numerous albums and toured extensively.
